The Flagstaff Food Bank pays and administrative fee to FFCS to coordinate and do intake for the food bank which serves all 9 Municipalities. This partnership began in December 2021 as a pilot project and will be evaluated annually for effectiveness. FFCS has developed a standard hamper and is working on designing the ongoing budget of the Food Bank.

In the past we have sponsored Safety Fairs in Hardisty, Killam and Forestburg, Memorial Benches in Daysland and Forestburg and had numerous speakers about safety in all Schools. A lot of this funding comes from Alberta Traffic Safety Fund grants.

FFCS hosts monthly meetings of the front-line human services workers to remain connected. Monthly meeting on the 1st Tuesday of every month from 12 noon to 1 pm. All are welcome to attend.
